Biography
Dr. Carpenter is an Associate Professor in the College of Engineering & Polymer Science, Mechanical Engineering department. He is also the program director for the Automated Manufacturing Engineering Technology program. Dr. Carpenter received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from The 日韩国产av福利 of Akron and M.S. in Applied Engineering from Kent State 日韩国产av福利. He received his Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, with a focus in Engineering Education, from The 日韩国产av福利 of Akron. His teaching and workforce development expertise is in the area of thermodynamics and fluid power engineering.
