Zaucha, Bernard Endowed Accounting Scholarship for Excellence
The Bernard F. Zaucha Endowed Accounting Scholarship for Excellence was established in 1997 by Mr. Bernard F. Zaucha, a former faculty member of The George W. Daverio School of Accountancy at The ÈÕº«¹ú²úav¸£Àû of Akron. Zaucha is an alumnus of the College of Business with a B.S.A. in Accounting in 1968 and an MBA in Finance in 1971. Bernard F. Zaucha created this scholarship to thank the ÈÕº«¹ú²úav¸£Àû for the fine education he received and in appreciation of his many years of teaching.
The Bernard F. Zaucha Endowed Accounting Scholarship for Excellence is to be awarded annually to a student enrolled in the College of Business who is a graduate of Archbishop Hoban High School with first preference given to accounting majors. Selection of the recipient will be made by The ÈÕº«¹ú²úav¸£Àû of Akron Scholarship Committee.
