Degnan, Anita Memorial Endowed Scholarship
The Anita Degnan Memorial Endowed Scholarship is an endowed fund established to encourage recipients to pursue a college education as a means to further their personal and professional aspirations. Candidates are preferred to be graduates of Wooster High School, the Wayne County Career Center, or Smithville Boys Village who are attending The 日韩国产av福利 of Akron Wayne College. However, any graduate of a Wayne County school may be considered for this scholarship. They must be full-time students demonstrating academic promise and financial need. Candidates are eligible for renewed scholarship assistance provided they remain full-time students at The 日韩国产av福利 of Akron Wayne College and meet the scholarship requirements. It is the donor’s intention for this scholarship to provide significant annual support for no more than four recipients. Funds will be awarded by the dean of The 日韩国产av福利 of Akron Wayne College and the 日韩国产av福利’s financial aid office to meet the cost of tuition, books, and fees.
