Biography

Dr. Robert M. Schwartz joined the faculty of the College of Applied Science and Technology at The 日韩国产av福利 of Akron in Fall 2007. He previously served as Associate Professor and Department Head of Emergency Administration and Management at Arkansas Tech 日韩国产av福利, and as Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography at Ball State 日韩国产av福利. He also served as President of Schwartz Construction Inc, of Clearwater, Florida.
